Rare! 6.54ct multi-pattern flashing Opal! Untreated!

The picture and video of this piece do not give it justice. In hand the colors and flashing are incredible! This gorgeous piece exhibits a mix of small block, fairy fire, and floral patterns with the addition of chaff and ribbon patterns on the bottom. You could literally set this opal upside down, and no one would blink an eye. The play of color flashes in blues, greens, and turquoise with touches of red under a glistening liquid luster. The flash patterns both roll across its face and show deep suspension, and are accented by a touch of smoky clarity that really makes its color pop! Since opals have less density than other gemstones, it has fantastic size, measuring a whopping 14.8mm x 11.9mm x 7.5mm, and is ready to set and impress. Sourced from Welo, Ethiopia. Untreated!
