The Japanese Gvernment 50 Centavos lot of (4). This is the US Dollar backed Japanese Peso. Our military men and women used this currency in the reconstruction after World War II. It was backed by the US Dollar in the Philippines and Japan. Many of our servicemen brought this Currency home as a memento.
