$ 2 CH CU Confederate States Feb 4 1864 Series. T-70. Registration mark in the right margin edge.  A more interesting printing than usual.Crisp signatures and numbers. Nice red and portrait. Decent hand cutting. Two vertical lines seen on the reverse of the note appear to be in the paper an are not folds.
