This handsome gold-filled timepiece by Burlington (a private label of the Illinois Watch Co.) is serial number 2711644, c. 1920. It is in excellent condition. Its size 16s movement is grade 107, model 9 and features 21 jewels. It is stem wind and lever set and enjoyed limited railroad approval. A unique feature, a five-point diamond in an engraved starburst embellishes its rear case. This watch is in good running condition and weighs 86.7 grams.
