This unique 1917 timepiece is a private label salesman's sample by Illinois Watch Co. This "Mahoning Special" was made especially for the Klivan Brothers jewelers from Warren, Ohio and New Castle, Pennsylvania, where the Mahoning River runs. It is serial number 3119492, grade 306, model 7, and features 19 jewels. It is stem wind and set. It is in excellent condition. The size 18s watch is in good working order and weighs 83.2 grams.
