Scarce 1882 $10 New Haven National Currency Note . Fr481 Bruce Roberts S-461. Neat Design wit Franklin and his kite and Lady Liberty soaring.  Charter 1243.  Four ink signatures. Light toning  Note a little more tan than the picture . Very light hard center crease. Other folds soft and felt but not seen. One teensie nick lower right corner  and a larger one below the right 1243  probably easily improvable as most of the paper but not all there.
