Missing Overprint Error Missing Third Printing
Improperly labeled by PMG as an insufficient inking error, the third printing is entirely absent. A blind-impression of embossing is present as this note likely stuck to the sheet above it prior to entering the overprint process. The top sheet received the ink, and both sheets received the embossing. Beautiful note!
