This is a rare example of an A.L. Hoffman pocket watch c. 1910. It is size 18S, lever set, has a Silverine case, and is serial no. 1568932. Augustus Louis Hoffman 1856-1945) was a prominent jeweler in Lyons and Newark, NY. (home of the Hoffman Clock Museum). There is an electric trolley inscribed on its back case, which shows only light wear. The dial has no cracks, but there is a score near its center. It is in good working condition. This watch weighs 151.9 grams.
