The Roman legion soldier stands in full ancient regalia. Upon his head he wears a gales which was a soldiers helmet made of Bronze. He wears a metal armor around his torso over the knee length tunic. A fundamental falls down his back, which is a cloak fastened to the shoulders usually worn by military commanders. At his feet are Caligula which were heavy soled sandals. His Right hand holds a spear against the ground as he looks far off into the distance. The handmade Bronze Sculpture was molded using the ancient method of lost wax casting and stained with a green patina finish for preservation and is mounted upon a marble base.
