Intense flashing 3.74ct honey comb pattern Black Opal!

The flashing of this silky black opal just doesn’t stop. It has large panel flashing that presents itself in a well defined mix of honey comb and floral patterns. The colors of this opal are incredible. The red flashing is bold, moving from fluorescent red in high light to stop light red in low light, and the greens shimmer like fish scales, shifting into yellows and oranges. Measuring 18.2mm x 9.1mm x 5.3mm, this gem has fantastic size, and it is covered with a glistening liquid luster. Sourced from Welo, Ethiopia. Untreated.
