Definitely not a beauty queen but imagine the history this note can teach you.   Everyone knows the $1 1899 Silver Certificate with the gorgeous eagle in the center. Note grades Good with several area's that have frayed margins.  There is a small center tear from the fold in the note. Don't let the grade keep you from owning this gem.
