Shakespeare is a hand painted limited edition silkscreen on canvas by Andy Warhol protege Steve Kaufman (1960-2010). An edition of this piece is part of the permanent collection in the Shakespeare Museum in Stratford-upon-Avon. This piece is numbered 96/195 and hand signed inverso. Includes letter of authenticity. Measures approx. 38 x 47 (image). ** Please note: there are several horizontal creases in the canvas near the bottom of the image; some of these creases may be concealed when framed, however the paint is cracking in the center of the creases. Also, there are staple holes along the vertical edges of the border (from being previously stretched) which may be concealed when the piece is mounted. **
