The color of this opal has a slight swirl to its saturation as wisps of lighter pink temper its rich color creating the illusion of a pink cloud encapsulated behind a liquid luster. Since opals have less density than other gems, it has an incredible size to weight ratio measuring a whopping 18.2mm x 12.7mm x 7mm in less than 10 carats! Untreated Mexican opal!!!!
