Substantial 7.56ct untreated black Tourmaline

This is an amazing piece. The color rests at a silky black hue, with its gray blue color presenting when held to the light. Although the color saturation is so strong as to seem opaque, it is translucent with VS clarity, and the superior luster of this piece set against such a dark palette gives it a silky appearance. It measures 16.1mm x 8.7mm x 5.5mm, and is very well cut with great symmetry and smooth faceting. Sourced from Mozambique. Untreated!
