Automobile Sale Terms: All vehicles are sold with clear title and must be picked up in the Washington, D.C. metro area. You may use a shipper of your choice to pick up the vehicle but under no circumstances will U.S. Auction Brokers be responsible for shipping vehicles.

Bidders may be required to submit a “good faith” deposit to secure their bids. Deposits will be refunded to all non-winning bidders. At the conclusion of the bidding, the high bidder is required to submit a 10% non refundable deposit. The balance will be required to be paid by wire transfer within 5 business day. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of vehicle. All vehicle bids and sales are subject to the final approval of the consignor or consigning agency. Should approval be denied, all deposits shall be returned within 2 business days.

Vehicles are sold as is, where is with no warranty expressed or implied. Descriptions are believed to be correct but are not to be construed as a warranty of any type. All vehicle sales transactions are conducted through a licensed auto dealer, government agency, or private individual. Tag, taxes, title and license fees shall be the sole responsibility of the buyer, and vary by state.

Wire Only: To ensure fraud protection security for our buyers and the selling agency, payment must be made via bank wire only within three business days of auction close. No other payment forms are accepted for this lot. Merchandise payments made by bank wire are not subject to credit card processing fees.
