E. Howard & Co. were known for their unique designs and eccentric production methods. This fine c. 1912 timepiece is grade Series 5, model 1907, and variation Hook: JB (upgraded "hooked" bridge). The size 16s movement is adjusted for five positions, temperature, and isochronism. It spins on 19 jewels. It is lever set and qualified as railroad grade. It is in wonderful condition, with a pristine dial and crystal. The gold filled case shows only light wear, and its cartouche awaits your personalization. From the storied history of Howard, which has them producing everything from quality marine clocks to fire engines, this is an extraordinary watch. It is in fine running condition and weighs 93.8 grams.
