THE 2 LARGE DIAMONDS ON THE SIDES ARE VS CLARITY. THERE ARE 8 ROUND FACETED SAPPHIRES SET IN PRONGS. RING IS VERY IMPRESSIVE WITH A WEIGHT OF 6.4 GRAMS OF SOLID 14K GOLD. TOP PART IS 21MM LONG. RING SIZE IS 5- CAN EASILY GET RESIZED BY YOUR LOCAL JEWELER. ALL GEMS ARE 100% NATURAL. IN OVERALL VERY GOOD CONDITION. WAS JUST INSPECTED AND POLISHED BY A JEWELER.
