After the Spanish conquest of South America, the secrets of the jade mines were lost until the mid 1980's! This piece exhibits a rich mossy green hue with a glossy luster, and measures an impressive 17.8mm x 13.6mm x 6.1mm. This piece would have been owned by Mesoamerican royalty.
