Biography: Makarov Vadim Valerianovich, was born 11.06.1968, in the city of Cheboksary.
In 1987, he finished his schooling at the Cheboksary Art School.
In 2004, Makarov returned to Israel and since 2010 they have been a member of Association of Professional Artists of Israel.
