Yellow scapolite is only found in five places around the world to date, with richer varieties coming from regions in Africa, while lighter varieties come from Brazil. This example was sourced from Mozambique, and has very light saturation with a gorgeous champagne undertone and ink drop inclusions. It measures an impressive 12.5mm x 10.6mm x 7.1mm, and has a high polished shimmering luster. Mohs hardness rating: 6 out of 10. UNTREATED!
