Quite Gorgeous authentic silk highlighted Persian Kashan rug. Size 2.2x4.0 feet, made of fine quality baby lamb's wool and the pile tightly knotted on cotton foundation, all natural vegetable dye, incorporating the traditional shah Abbasi floral pattern on a red background with a large centerpiece medallion, crowned corners and finished off with an intricately done floral border. Hand woven and signed by a master weaver in Kashan, Iran. The approximate year of origin: 1990-2000
