One Natural Blue Oval Cut Sapphire approx. 2.12CTS highlighted with approx. 0.63CTS of Round Brilliant Cut Diamonds with a Clarity VS-1 to VS-2 and Color H-I. The Round Brilliant Cut Diamonds are set into an Openwork Swirling Drop Pendant around the Sapphire hung on a 16" Chain Necklace. This necklace comes with a Certificate and weighs approx. 4.78 Grams. **
