Collectible original watercolor on paper hand signed by the artist. Comes matted and mounted on a 16x20 inch museum board. Nikolay Basov was born in Cheboksary, Russia in 1969. He studied painting in the school of arts in the Russian city of Cheboksary. He emigrated to the US in 1994 at the age of 25 a few years after the dissolution of the Soviet Union. Currently lives in the Washington DC metro area and has exhibited both in the US and in Russia.
