The outstanding color of this piece is at once rich and vivid, showing an chrome green hue with full, even saturation accented by pops of kelly green flashing. It measures 7.6mm x 6.1mm x 3.5mm, and glistens under a superior luster. Untreated. Only 10 percent of the tsavorite mined in the world is above 1 carat, with only 2.5 percent being over 2 carats. Made famous by Tiffany and Co., this very beautiful gem is held in high regard by collectors and connoisseurs and is very rare. Sourced from Kenya.
