Uniquely cut with a classic flair! 12.45ct Amethyst from Uruguay!

This amethyst has a fantastic cut! And it's one of those cuts that you will only believe once it arrives. It features a hexagonal cut cabochon top with a glossy luster, but the bottom isn't faceted, it has frosted lines cut radiating outward. And even though the cut looks unconventional, it still produces shocks of electric pink and violet! The color of this piece is bright and exciting, and actually shows a bi-color hue with a large open violet pink hue set against deep violet at one end. It doesn't really come out in the pictures, but in hand you will notice it immediately. This collectors piece measures 17.4mm x 12.6mm x 10.9mm, and is untreated. Sourced from Uruguay.
