This is a gorgeous specimen of natural Tanzanian sapphire. The color palette of this gem is rich, presenting a deep green hue with strong saturation held under a superior luster. It measures 7.2mm x 6.1mm x 2.8mm, and has a Mohs hardness rating of 9 out of 10 making it strong enough for daily wear. This example was heated only, with no dyes or fillers.
