In the middle of the heart is an almost centered patch of orange! And in the middle of that... a touch of red. You could almost say that's where the arrow hit it! This color difference stand in stark contrast to the pigeons blood red hue of the rest of the ruby, and gives it a dramatic touch. On top of that, it is a well cut piece with a superb luster!
