Includes one of the last-year-of-issue 1995 $5 Federal Reserve Note, along with one of the first ever printed new $5 Federal Reserve Notes from 1999 (with an extremely low number as pictured), both housed in a gorgeous custom portfolio (along with Certificate of Authenticity) by the US Bureau of Engraving and Printing.
