In hand this piece has bright play of color, with electric greens and vibrant oranges and yellows with touches of teal. It features a well blended mix of floral and chaff patterns that smolder in low light and dazzle in bright light. The play of color is constant. Measuring 10.5mm x 6.7mm x 3.3mm, this example has a low dome cabochon cut giving it incredible surface area, and a pearlescent luster that glows over its smooth surface. Sourced from Welo, Ethiopia. Untreated!
