Approximately 1880 vintage mourning pin with a tintype on one side and intricately woven hair on the other side, each set under beveled glass. The brooch rotates so that it can be worn on either side. The brooch tests to be gold in excess of 10k and weighs 12.5 grams. An amazing rare Victorian find!
