One of the worlds most iconic brands, this 1952 Bulova watch was issued for the 100th anniversary of the birth its founder, Joseph Bulova (1851-1936). It is in excellent, like-new condition, and it is fashioned of solid 18k yellow gold. Its hand-wound, calibre 10BM movement spins on a notable 21 jewels and sports a seconds subdial at 6 o'clock. The satin-finished silver dial has applied gilt Arabic markers, matching hands, and a black-painted minute track. Its rear bears the commemoration "100 Bulovitas 1951". The coin-style case features a radiant design, a knurled edge, and is 38 mm in diameter. Enjoyed as either a coin-style pocket watch or as a display desk watch, this rare timepiece weighs a substantial 53.1 grams.
