Colonial Currency was printed before 1800's by 13 colonies and the state of Vermont. Colonial notes have several different vignettes. These vignettes had different motto's and themes reflecting the different characteristics of the issuing colony.
SIX Dollars from the scarce state of Maryland dated March 1, 1770
Note is grades fine, with tape in the center and a few pinholes seen when the note is backlit.
