In hand this piece has much stronger play of color than in the pictures, exploding in electric greens and vibrant yellows with touches of teal. It features a full honeycomb pattern that makes this piece one of a kind. The play of color is constant. Measuring 12.6mm x 8.5mm x 6.0mm, this large example has a low dome cabochon cut giving it incredible surface area, and a pearlescent luster that glows over its smooth surface. Sourced from Welo, Ethiopia. Untreated!
