Antique (late 19th C) tall repousse silver plate on copper vase with intricate scrolls and floral pattern by the Barbour Silver Company from Hartford, CT. The bottom is marked with a windmill and two smoking pipes, the makers' hallmark, and the design number 3843.
It is in very good condition for its age, showing some patina and scratches on the bottom.
