This is a outstanding opal. It exhibits a strong block pattern that flashes in wide channels on the top with a touch of honeycomb on one of its sides. Vivid green, red, and yellow are readily seen against the black canvas of the stone. This opal measures 10.5mm x 8.8mm x 4.3mm, and was sourced from Welo, Ethiopia. Smoked.
