Lady Justice Bronze Sculpture

This amazing sculpture is entitled, Blind Justice. The woman in this statue is Themis, a Titan and pre-roman empire figurine. Like it is named stands the woman blinded by an intricate head garment, this represents her ability to not be influenced by what she sees. In her right hand, she holds a sword demonstrating the power the rulers hold, and has been named the Sword of Truth. She stands barefoot upon a snake that writes at her feet. Her hair is neat and up in a bun. The dress she wears is fairly loose fitting and falls past her right shoulder exposing her whole breast in a regal manner. The difference between this statue and many others is the detail and beauty. The woman is simply beautiful, her frame is slender and fit and the intricate detailing in the waist belt and blindfold are breathtaking.
