This large fossil was professionally cut and exhibits a beautiful fibonacci sequence with well defined chambers filled with druzy crystals and sections that are fully crystalized. The outer shell displays abundant and vibrant red and flashes of rainbow ammolite opal, and you can observe the crisp flaired maple leaf patterned sutures peaking out from behind the opal development. This piece has amazing size, measuring 125.5mm x 101.8mm x 29.2mm (when together)! And it comes with display stands! This piece originated in the Cretaceous era, and is approximately 100 million years old. Sourced from Madagascar.
