Chorus Line Dancer Bronze Sculpture

The red velvet curtain has just opened as the single spotlight shoots on the jazz dancer holding her pose before starting her lively act. She rests all her weight on her left leg as she bends her right knee to tuck her foot behind her. She is equipped with a dazzling and seductive costume; a cropped coat tail jacket, shorts, high heels and a top hat. Her arms hold a cane that she rests behind her neck giving her an air of bold spunk. There is great detail seen throughout the Sculpture exhibiting the artist craftsmanship skills. The Bronze Sculpture was molded using the age old method of lost wax casting and stained with a brown patina finish for conservation and is mounted upon a marble base.
