In the Christian faith, the Last Supper was the last meal Jesus shared with his apostles before his death. The Last Supper has been the subject of many paintings, of which perhaps the most famous by Leonardo Da Vinci. This is a handmade Bronze Sculpture of that famous work. Each figure is carved with astonishing detail is in stunning three dimensionalities, as if they are alive. This brown patina was cast using the lost wax method and it is mounted on a marble base.
