It displays a full cover vibrant honeycomb pattern flashing in bold reds, greens and yellows with blue and orange highlights. The play of color is so strong that you can watch the different colors meld into each other with crystal clarity. The bottom of this opal shows a full cover block pattern that is just as brilliant as the top. And this whole display is captured under a glistening liquid luster that gives it the appearence of being wet. This piece has a low dome cabochon cut, and measures in at 12.5mm x 8.7mm x 5.8mm. Sourced from Ethiopia. Heated.
