The color of this garnet is simply beautiful. It has a deep red hue with strong saturation combined with a glistening superior luster that gives it a resting blackish red color through pristine VS clarity. The color on its own is beautiful, but then it adds strong pops of cherry red flashing that really stand out against its dark body. It measures 11.5mm x 9.1mm x 5.1mm, and is untreated. Sourced from Mozambique.
