The method of casting allows for the precious metal to mold to the finest level of the artist skill. The details are so exquisite that the eyes are fooled thinking the hardness of the material is actually a flowing silk dress that hangs loosely and transparent off her shapely form. She was molded using the age-old technique of lost-wax casting and finished with a brown patina stain guaranteeing perpetuation and stands upon a marble base.
