This is an amazing piece. The color rests in a silky black hue, with its rich green color presenting when held to the light. Although the color saturation is so strong as to seem opaque, it is translucent, and the superior luster of this piece set against such a dark palette gives it a silky appearance. It measures an impressive 12.6mm x 10.4mm x 7.7mm, and is very well cut with great symmetry and smooth faceting. Sourced from Mozambique. Untreated.
