Magnificent Oversized Carved Cameo w/Diamond Accent. This wonderful hand carved shell cameo features the lovely lady wearing a diamond necklace. Diamond is approx 0.20 CT and is set in white gold. The carving is set in a very elegant frame of yellow gold loops, twists and roping. Brooch can be worn as a pin or a pendant and is approx 2 5/8 inches tall X 2 inches wide. Gold is all 14K and the weight is approx 18.4 grams.
