Don't miss this highly expressive opal! All of these photos are of the same gem! It exhibits a strong chaff pattern that blazes across its surface in rich reds that shift into fiery oranges mixed with a bold block pattern in the same color scheme, but then it surprises you with blue floral flashing and touches of fairy fire. The play of color is extreme, and blazes in continuous color set against its bold black body color. Measuring 11.6mm x 8.5mm x 5.2mm this opal is perfect for setting, but we would recommend putting it in a pendant instead of a ring so that you don't spend all day staring at your hand. Sourced from Welo Ethiopia. Heated only!
