This ravishing gemstone presents a snow white hue and is alive with vibrant play of color. The only way to tell this piece from the white cushion in its gem jar is from the play of color! Its continuous flashing exhibits elements of floral, chaff and block patterns depending on its orientation in electric greens and pinks with gold highlights, and touches of periwinkle. Measuring 8.3mm x 8mm x 5.9mm, it has fantstic size, and is covered with a glistening liquid luster. This is a very uncommon cut for opals! Sourced from Welo, Ethiopia. Unheated.
