The pendant centers a citrine heart surrounded by numerous diamonds marked as 67 points on the piece (the diamonds are mostly nice H color and SI1 clarity). The necklace has an extender and can be worn from 17 to 19 inches. The pendant is removable so the necklace can be worn with other pendants and the pendant with other necklaces. The ensemble weighs 35.5 grams.
