The ancient and critically endangered Rhinoceros is seen foraging for food among the vegetation of the plains. The animal symbolism of the rhinoceros includes agility, solitude, wisdom, paradox, freedom, stability, gratitude, longevity, judgment, grounding, peace of mind, self-assurance, and perception. The handmade bronze sculpture was molded using the early method of lost wax casting and stained with a brown patina finish for preservation and it is mounted upon a marble base.
