With ease, she extends her back leg out and her arm out to her side while balancing on one foot. She holds a hoop with her lifted a foot and her hand, she performs her dance with ease and confidence letting us know she is a disciplined dancer. She wears a feathered headdress that also has a fan-like piece with intricate designs on it. She has soft facial features and her body is lean and long. Her headpiece frames her face and follows down to her neck making her face the focal point of the sculpture. This sculpture was cast using the Lost Wax Method and has a brown patina and mounted on a marble base. Bronze Dimensions with Marble Base: Height 26 X Width 11 inches. Weight: 15 LBS.
