This is a magnificent Sculpture of a male Moose. You can see he is fully grown due to his large antlers and a predominant bell hanging from his chin. The hair on the back of his neck is longer than the rest of his course fur and his short tail also has longer fur than the rest of him. He is midst stride and looks over towards his left with his mouth open and his eyes wide, likely staring an on comer in the face letting him know he is aware of his presence. He stands upon a large piece of rock, likely high up in a rural surrounding of woods. He has fine detailing from his snout to his tail, refining lines for fur and the same texture of which real antlers have. This Bronze Sculpture with a two-tone brown patina, using the ancient Lost Wax Method. Bronze Dimensions with Marble Base: Height 11 X Width 12 inches. Weight: 9 LBS.
